A: For newly cooperated customer, customer should afford sample and shipping cost, but you will get fully refund in the formal order; For regular customer, we will provide for free.

The most commonly used express in our company is DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT.Express specified by the customer is also acceptable, such as EMS, Armex etc.For big quantity, by air or by sea through your forwarder is one Normal Way, we also can provide cost-effective forwarder for your reference.
