To ensure the stable quality and accurate measurement of electronic scales, Shenzhen Aike Electronic Co., Ltd. has established a strict quality inspection system covering the entire production process, building a solid quality defense line through multi-link checks. Only after all items pass the inspection and a quality inspection report is issued can the products be warehoused for delivery. Quality inspection data is recorded throughout the process and a traceability file is established to ensure each batch of products is traceable and controllable.
We strictly screen core components such as sensors and chips, and reject unqualified raw materials to avoid hidden dangers; full-time personnel conduct real-time inspections during processing to ensure good compatibility of all components.
Each unit is tested for key indicators such as circuit connection and key sensitivity, and basic functions are tested by simulating actual usage scenarios to correct assembly deviations in a timely manner.
